Welcome: Why I’m Starting This Blog

Starting this blog is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while. Over the last several years, I’ve spent a lot of time helping scale two fast-growing SaaS companies, and along the way I’ve collected a lot of lessons, mistakes, and ideas that I’ve never really put anywhere.

My goal with this blog is to create a place to share those experiences in a simple and practical way. I want this to be useful for founders, operators, finance leaders, or anyone trying to build something meaningful inside a growing company. Not theory or buzzwords. Just the stuff that has actually helped me and the teams I’ve worked with.

If you’re new here, here’s what you can expect going forward:

  • clear explanations of the metrics and systems that actually matter

  • lessons from scaling teams and leading through uncertainty

  • the models I use to make decisions and keep companies moving forward

  • thoughts on finance, leadership, and what healthy growth really looks like

I don’t have all the answers and I’m not trying to sound like I do. But I’ve been in the trenches long enough to know what tends to work and what tends to slow companies down. If sharing any of that helps someone else avoid a few headaches, then this is worth writing.

If there’s a topic you want me to dig into, let me know. I’d love to hear what would be most helpful.

More to come.
